Health and fitness are the most important and necessary parts of our life. If one is healthy he/she is able to do his work in a good manner.As have well said that " A healthy body has a healthy mind" . So we need to get fit in health even to perform cumbersome mind tasks.
We should do a lot of exercises and a good diet so as we remain healthy.
